Paulina Monika Krisanti is the treated author of thehandsofcuisine who based on Jakarta, Indonesia. Since she love food so much, she got supported by her boyfriend and decided to posted every picture she and her boyfriend took about food in Instagram since Feb, 2018. 

When it comes to blog, she hope what she posted can help everyone to get information related about food and restaurants. Need so many consideration till she decided to create a blog since she also work as an associate at Accounting Firm. However, with this first step she hope can keep share her journey about food to everyone.
