PORK AND RADISH SOUP



Tadaaa, how's your day guys ? I feel like to share on of my moms recipe again. But, this time, i have modify my moms recipe, just a little tho. I want to cook PORK AND RADISH SOUP, i believe this is an usual menu at every Chinese House, i put a little fish sauce to give a little funkinest when we eat it. Don't worry guys, i can guarantee you that the soup is really delicious if u following my step when u cook.

Ingredients:

1 Medium Radish, peeled and cut into small size

150 gram Pork

3 Gloves Garlic , minced

1 Green Onion, chopped

1/4 Onion, sliced

1 tbsp Fish Sauce

1-2 tsp Mushroom Powder (Totole)

1/2 tsp Black Pepper

6 cups of water


Instructions:

1. Put the radish and water into a pot. Cover and bring it to boil over medium high heat for about 10 minutes.

2. Add the pork and garlic, Turn down the heat to medium and cook for 15 minutes. 

3. Add fish sauce, mushroom powder, black pepper, chopped green onion and onion.

4. Cook for another 5 minutes and remove from the heat.

5. Ladle into bowl and serve with warm rice.


Hehehe, what a tasty and clear soup for this quarantine day. U should try to make it guys, the ingredients is very simple and u also can substitute the pork with beef or chicken. It depends on your taste.

I really miss my mom's cook, especially at this time. I already have a plan to return home on May, but it looks like I’m not gonna make it due to covid-19 outbreak. So, I decided to cook one of my moms recipe by myself, and eat it while on the video call with my family. And yes, it can reduce my homesickness a little. So, do u guys curious about our home recipe? Let’s check it out 👀👀:

Ingredients:

150gram Pork

1 Garlic, thinly sliced

Ginger around 2cm, thinly sliced

2 Shallots, thinly sliced

1/4 Onion, thinly sliced

2 tbsp Soy Sauce

1 tbsp Sweet Soy Sauce

1 and 1/2 cup Water

1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions:

1. Heat the cooking oil, add the shallots, garlic, onion and ginger into skillet, stir-fry until it have a delicious smell.

2. Then add pork and water into skillet, mix well. Cook until the water boils and make sure all the meat is cooked.

3 Add soy sauce, sweet soy sauce and black pepper. Cook until the sauce thickens.

4. When it's done, remove from the heat and move into plate.

STEAMED EGGPLANTS


Foalla guys, what do u like the most in Korean Restaurant ? For me, their side dish is the most awaited and the most interesting food. How come side dish make u felt like dancing ? Ofc they can, if u come to Korean Restaurant, they will served u with so many variants of side dish and for me all of them looks so delicious. So, why don't we try to make on of their side dish ? STEAMED EGGPLANTS, yapp simple yet turns out to be delicious food. Come on check the recipe below :


Ingredients:

1 Eggplant (serve 1)

1 Garlic Clove, minced

1 Green Onion, chopped

1/2 tbs Soy Sauce

1/2 tbs Fish Sauce

1/4 Gochugaru

1 tbs Sesame Oil

1/2 tbs Sesame Seeds, crushed


Instructions:

1.  Prep your steamer, set heat to medium high for it to boil.

2. Meanwhile cut eggplant crosswise into 2 inch pieces, cut the thicker in half lenghtwise.

3. When the water starts boiling, put the eggplant on the steamer rack and cover. Steam for 5 minutes.

4. Remove from the heat. Take out the steamed eggplant and let it cool for 5-10 minutes.

5. Tear each pieces into small pieces.




6.  Prepare the seasoning mixture, combine garlic, green onion, soy sauce, fish sauce, gochugaru and sesame oil in a mixing bowl. Mix well.

7. Add the steamed eggplants to seasoning bowl, mix well with the spoon.

8. Sprinkle with crushed sesame seeds.

BRAISED SPICY CHICKEN




BRAISED SPICY CHICKEN


This is what we called with effect after K-Drama and K-Variety Shows. I've been craving Korean Food so much, and that's why i decided to make it for my self. Something that has a spicy, savory and sweet taste of course will certainly be an option for today's menu. Yappp, BRAISED SPICY CHICKEN for my lunch, it tastes so so gewd and make me really proud of my self. Hahaha. 😆😆😆 Come on check the recipe below :


Ingredients:
Chicken (i'm using half breast chicken)
1 Potato, peeled and cut into thick bite sized chunks
1 Carrot, peeled, cut into thick bite sized chunks
1 Onion, cut into nice big chunks
3 Gloves Garlic, minced
1 Green Onion
2 Red Chili
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Gochujang
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Rice Wine
1 tsp Gochugaru
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
1 tbsp Sesame Seed (plus for garnish)
1 tbsp Sugar


Instructions:

1. Cut chicken into small pieces.

2. Add salt and chicken into boiling water, boil about 5-10 minutes.

3. Drain chicken into a strainer and rinse pot quickly. Rinse chicken under cold water and put it back to pot.

4. Prepare the seasoning mixture, combine gochujang, soy sauce, gochugaru, rice wine, sesame oil, sesame seed, sugar and black pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix well.

5. Add potato, carrot, onion and minced garlic into pot.

6. Add combined sauce into pot, mix well until chicken and vegetables are evenly coated with sauce.


7. Cover, bring it to boil over medium high heat. Stirring frequently.  When it starts boil, reduce heat into medium, stirring frequently for first 10 minutes of simmering to prevent burn bottom of pot.

8. Stir in red chili and green onion, remove from the heat and ENJOYYY ~~

ENOKI PANCAKE


ENOKI PANCAKE


Foalla, selamat menunaikan ibadah puasa bagi semua teman-teman yang menjalani. Kali ini aku mau share salah satu menu yang praktis dan uda pasti enak nih. Siapa tau aja menu satu ini bisa jadi menu sahur ataupun berbuka kalian. ENOKI PANCAKE a.k.a GORENGAN, iya ini gorengan guys, namanya aja yang pancake biar mirip Enoki Jeon (ala-ala Korea). Hahaha 😁😁😁

Yuk langsung aja cek resepnya di bawah ini :


Bahan:

1 bungkus Jamur Enoki, potong 1-2 inci
1/4 Bawang, diiris tipis
1 Bawang Hijau Kecil, dicincang
2 Cabe rawit, cincang
Jahe (opsional)
1 sdt Garam
1/2 sdt bubuk jamur (Totole)
1/2 sdt Lada Hitam
1 butir telur
Tepung terigu
1 sdt Minyak Wijen
Margarin


Instruksi:

1.  Campurkan jamur enoki, daun bawang, bawang bombay, cabai rawit, jahe, telur, tepung terigu, garam, kaldu jamur, lada hitam dan minyak wijen dalam mangkuk berukuran sedang.

2.   Panaskan teflon di atas api sedang, tambahkan 2 sdt margarin dan biarkan meleleh. Tambahkan campuran jamur enoki dan cobalah membuatnya berbentuk persegi (Ngga juga gpp kok :P)


3.   Masak selama 3-4 menit dengan api sedang dan balik. Masak selama 3-4 menit lagi untuk bagian lainnya atau sampai matang sepenuhnya (golden brown).

4.      Saat pancake enoki matang, angkat dan siap untuk dinikmati.
