SEAWEED SOUP WITH PORK RIBS

Another soup recipe to complete my day, i wish u guys have a good time during this weekend. Keep being productive while quarantine, don't ever lose your sense and fighting. 💕💕

Ingredients:

Pork Ribs 
Dried Seaweed  (soak in cold water)
2 Small Green Onion, cut into 1-2 inch
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
1/4 Onion, thinly sliced
Ginger around 1 cm, crushed
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Fish Sauce
1 tsp Black Pepper
Mushroom powder (sufficiently)
Water (4-5cups)
Instructions:

1. Add cooking oil and pork ribs into the pot, stir until pork ribs no longer pink.

2. Add soy sauce and fish sauce into the pot, mix well and stir for 1 minutes. 

3. Add water into a pot.

4. Add garlic and ginger.  Cover and bring it to boil over medium high heat around 30 minutes.

5. Add  black pepper, mushroom powder, seaweed and green onion. Cook for another 10 minutes and remove from the heat.

6. Ladle into bowl and add green onion.

7. Serve with warm rice.

SPICY FISH STEW

Happy long weekend from Indonesia! 

A long holiday but can't go home due to Covid19, you all must be very confused about what to do to spend your time. For me personally, I choose to watch many cooking videos, then practice it when i found the recipes is interesting. One of the recipe I saw on "Delicious Rendezvous" K-Show was SPICY FISH STEW and it made me want to cooked it by my self. Let's try the recipe, guys. This menu is really good, the soup is so addictive. Nyamnyam.
Ingredients:

Tuna Canned (any brand)
Choy Sum
3 Cloves Garlic, minced
1/4 Onion, cut into bited size
2 Small Scallion
Red Chili
Green Chili
1 tbsp Doenjang 
1 tbsp Gochujang
1/2 tsp Gochugaru
1 tsp Brown Sugar
1 tsp Sesame Oil
Mushroom powder (sufficiently)
Water (sufficiently)
Instructions:

1. Add tuna canned, garlic, onion, red chili, green chili, scallion, doenjang, gochujang, gochugaru, brown sugar, mushroom powder into the skillet. Stir fry around 1-2 minutes. 

2. Add water into the skillet, bring it to boil then add choy sum on top of the ingredients . 

3. Cook until the  water is boiling again and remove from the heat. 

4. Add sesame oil on top of the choy sum and press down slowly

5. Move into the plate and enjoy 🤭🤭🤭

SPAGHETTI AGLIO E OLIO 
WITH SLICED PORK BELLY

After a long long time, i finally cooked an easy and simple pasta for celebrate today's holiday 😘😘🍝🍝. Happy Ascention Day everyone. 
Ingredients:

Spaghetti
Pork Belly Slices (can be subsituted with beef, tuna, or chicken)
Garlic, thinly sliced
Red Chili, thinly sliced (U can substitute with red chili flakes)
Dried Parsley (If u have the fresh one, just use the fresh parsley)
Olive Oil
Butter
Pinch of Salt
Black Pepper
Instructions:

1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti in the boiling water, stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to the bite. Drain and set aside.

2. Cook garlic, red chili, pork belly, butter  and olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low when olive oil begins to bubble. Cook and stir until garlic is golden brown and pork belly is well cooked. Remove from heat.

3. Stir black pepper and salt into the pasta. Pour in the olive oil, garlic, red chili and pork belly.

4. Sprinkle on dried parsley and  stir until combined.

SPICY MINCED PORK NOODLES

SPICY MINCED PORK NOODLES

I made my own "SPICY MINCED PORK NOODLES" for breakfast since i felt so hungry when i woke up this morning. I got the noodles from Rezeki Fresh Market, Hayam Wuruk. However, if u guys want to make your own noodles or get it from another place, its up to u. This morning, i only made topping for the noodles with simple and easy ingredients.
Hope the recipe can be your reference guys 🐷🐷🐷 :

Ingredients:

150gram Minced Pork
3 Cloves Garlic, minced
3 Clover Shallot, sliced thinly
Ginger around 2cm, sliced thinly
1/4 Onion
2 Chili Pepper, sliced thinly
1 tsp Cooking Oil
3 tsp Black Bean Chili Sauce (Lao Gan Ma)
1 and half tsp Soy Sauce (1/2 tsp for noodles)
1 tsp Cooking Wine (Shaoxing)
1 tsp Mushroom Powder (Totole)
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Sesame Oil (Lee Kum Kee)
1 tsp Garlic Oil (Homemade)
 
Instructions:

1. Heat a skillet over medium high heat, add cooking oil. 

2. Add onion, shallot and garlic, stir fry until fragant. Then, add chili pepper and ginger. Mix well. 

3. Add minced pork, cook until minced pork is no longer pink or fully cooked.

4. Add black bean chili sauce, soy sauce, cooking wine, mushroom powder, black pepper. Mix well.

5. For the final touch, add sesame oil.

6. Add salt to water. When the water is boiling add the noodles. Cook around 1-2 minutes (based on your taste), rinse with cold water and set aside.

7. Add 1/2 tsp of soy sauce and 1 tsp of garlic oil into bowl, add the noodles, mix well. 

8. Add the spicy minced pork, green onion and cutted chili on top of noodles.

PORK SUNDUBU JJIGAE


PORK SUNDUBU JJIGAE


Finally, i can cook K-Food again after this whole week, what a tired week. So, today after my long break due to deadline, i decided to cook "PORK SUNDUBU JJIGAE" since i want to spend my stock of kimchi and i beileve this food can be a reward for my self. Here comes the easy and simple recipe 🐷🐷 : 

Ingredients:

2 Cup of Water
2 tsp of Dashi Powder
2 tsp Gochugaru
1 tbsp Gochujang
2 tsp Sesame oil
1 tsp Cooking oil
50gram Pork , cut into small pieces
¼ cup chopped onion (u can substitute with beef or chicken)
1 clove minced garlic
1 green onion, chopped
½ cup well-fermented kimchi (50gram), chopped
1 tsp Mushroom Powder (Totole, can use salt too)
½ tsp Sugar
1 tube of soft tofu (sundubu)

Instructions:

1. Put 2 tsp of Dashi Powder into bowl filled with 2 cups of water. Set aside.

2.  Combine gochugaru, gochujang and the sesame oil in a small bowl. Mix well.

3. Heat up the skillet over medium high heat for about 3 to 4 minutes. Add the cooking oil, onion, and garlic. Stir it with a wooden spoon for 1 minute.

4. Add the pork. Stir for 3 minutes until the pork is no longer pink.


5. Add kimchi and keep stirring for a minute. Add 2 cup of dashi stock. Cover and cook for 7 minutes over medium heat.

6. Add the mushroom powder and  sugar, mix well.

7. Cut the tube of soft tofu into half and squeeze it out into the pot. Gently break up the tofu with a wooden spoon.

8.Put the hot pepper mixture on the skillet and spread it with the spoon.



9. Sprinkle with the chopped green onion and serve with warm rice.
