BRAISED CHICKEN
Here comes another recipe of Korean Food that I've been tried to cook at home. "KOREAN BRAISED CHICKEN", this menu have a perfect combination between savory, sweet and spicy. Such a delicious chicken dish u should try to make at home.❤❤❤

Ingredients:
Chicken (i'm using half breast chicken )
1 Potato, peeled and cut into thick bite sized chunks
1 Carrot, peeled, cut into thick bite sized chunks
2 Dried Shitake Mushrooms
1/2 Onion, cut into nice big chunks
3 Gloves Garlic, minced
Ginger arond 2 cm, minced
1 Green Onion
5 Dried Red Peppers


Sauce:
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 and 1/2 tbsp Rice Wine or Mirin
1 tsp Sugar
2 cups of Water

Instructions:
1. Heat up a skillet, add cooking oil, cut 5 dried red
peppers into pieces, add into skillet and stir-fry for 10 seconds before taking
them out.
2. Add the chicken into skillet with dried red peppers oil,
let both sides of chicken cook with the lid open about 8-10 minutes.
3. Add minced garlic and ginger, stir it for a minute.
4. Add water,
combined sauce, potato, carrot, onion, stir dried red peppers and shitake
mushroom into skillet, cook for 15 minutes over high heat with the lid closed.
5. Add green onion, cook for another 3 minutes with the lid
open and remove from the heat.


6. Move into plate and put sesame seed and sliced green
onion as garnish.
