SPAGHETTI AGLIO E OLIO
WITH SLICED PORK BELLY
After a long long time, i finally cooked an easy and simple pasta for celebrate
today's holiday 😘😘🍝🍝. Happy Ascention Day everyone.

Ingredients:
Spaghetti
Pork Belly Slices (can be subsituted with beef, tuna, or
chicken)
Garlic, thinly sliced
Red Chili, thinly sliced (U can substitute with red chili flakes)
Dried Parsley (If u have the fresh one, just use the fresh
parsley)
Olive Oil
Butter
Pinch of Salt
Black Pepper

Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook
spaghetti in the boiling water, stirring occasionally until cooked through but
firm to the bite. Drain and set aside.
2. Cook garlic, red chili, pork belly, butter and
olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low when
olive oil begins to bubble. Cook and stir until garlic is golden brown and pork
belly is well cooked. Remove from heat.
3. Stir black pepper and salt into the pasta. Pour in the
olive oil, garlic, red chili and pork belly.
4. Sprinkle on dried parsley and stir until combined.
