PORK WITH SOY SAUCE AND GINGER

PORK WITH SOY SAUCE AND GINGER

I really miss my mom's cook, especially at this time. I already have a plan to return home on May, but it looks like I’m not gonna make it due to covid-19 outbreak. So, I decided to cook one of my moms recipe by myself, and eat it while on the video call with my family. And yes, it can reduce my homesickness a little. So, do u guys curious about our home recipe? Let’s check it out 👀👀:

Ingredients:

150gram Pork

1 Garlic, thinly sliced

Ginger around 2cm, thinly sliced

2 Shallots, thinly sliced

1/4 Onion, thinly sliced

2 tbsp Soy Sauce

1 tbsp Sweet Soy Sauce

1 and 1/2 cup Water

1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions:

1. Heat the cooking oil, add the shallots, garlic, onion and ginger into skillet, stir-fry until it have a delicious smell.

2. Then add pork and water into skillet, mix well. Cook until the water boils and make sure all the meat is cooked.

3 Add soy sauce, sweet soy sauce and black pepper. Cook until the sauce thickens.

4. When it's done, remove from the heat and move into plate.
