PORK WITH SOY SAUCE AND GINGER

I
really miss my mom's cook, especially at this time. I already have a plan to
return home on May, but it looks like I’m not gonna make it due to covid-19
outbreak. So, I decided to cook one of my moms recipe by myself, and eat it while on the video call
with my family. And yes, it can reduce my homesickness a little. So, do u guys
curious about our home recipe? Let’s check it out 👀👀:

Ingredients:
150gram
Pork
1
Garlic, thinly sliced
Ginger
around 2cm, thinly sliced

Shallots, thinly sliced
1/4
Onion, thinly sliced
2
tbsp Soy Sauce
1
tbsp Sweet Soy Sauce
1
and 1/2 cup Water
1
tsp Black Pepper
Instructions:
1.
Heat the cooking oil, add the shallots, garlic, onion and ginger into skillet,
stir-fry until it have a delicious smell.

Then add pork and water into skillet, mix well. Cook until the water boils and
make sure all the meat is cooked.

Add soy sauce, sweet soy sauce and black pepper. Cook until the sauce thickens.

4. When it's done, remove from the heat and move into plate.
